Having had a prior electrolysis experience a few years back, I was VERY pleasantly surprised. Didn’t even realize my previous experience was not so great, until Jamie took care of me. She was very professional, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back, and will share my positive experience with friends. Thanks so much, Jamie!

Jamie is so so wonderful. I’m so happy I found you online! I love the ease of scheduling and that I’m able to schedule even 10 minutes if I have only a few little stragglers. I’ve tried laser and unfortunately my hair has always grown back. I’ve had great success so far. Jamie is so sweet and makes me feel so comfortable. She’s incredibly thorough with her work. You have a wonderful staff….. also I love the aromatherapy scent each time I walk in the office, I feel like I’m walking into a peaceful sanctuary. Thank you so much!

Just finished my appointment. Doing this today was my first steps into making my outward appearance look like the person I really am on the inside. I was super nervous and my emotions with reference to beginning my journey were off the chart. Jamie is absolutely rockstar!!! She made me feel very comfortable and very welcome. She was super informative and talked me through every step of what she was doing but moreover, she communicated with the real me and that was such a breath of fresh air. As business owners, we hear more complaints than praises so I thought I’d give you some well deserved and earned praise. From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU!!!!

“I just had my first appointment with Jamie, which was enough to write a review for. When I first called I believe I spoke with Maryellen and she was very kind and answered all my questions (and was also patient as my two little ones competed for attention with the phone ;)). Jamie was available late as that is the only time I would only be able to get away once my husband was home from work. After finally getting out of the house and getting rerouted a few times with my directions on these crazy San Antonio highways, I finally made it..late of course. I called to alert her but still always feel awful being late as it was already a late appt. Jamie is a mom and understood while still greeting me with a warm smile. I felt instantly relieved and comfortable. She was professional, explained everything, and still took her time with my treatment to figure out what would work best. So she may be still training but don’t be hesitant to book with her!! She is great and will work with you to figure out what you need. I’ve had electrolysis other places before and at no point would have assumed she was training if I wasn’t already made aware. Plus we laughed for half the time about random things (as much as we could while I tried to keep my face still lol). So anyway, all that to say that I will be back and ask for her everytime until this military life takes us elsewhere (although I’m certain everyone there is great as they’ve all been trained by the same person). Thanks Jamie!! See you in a few weeks :).”
