Hydrogen Peroxide – https://www.cdc.gov/infectioncontrol/guidelines/disinfection/disinfection-methods/chemical.html

Overview

The literature contains several accounts of the properties, germicidal effectiveness, and potential uses for stabilized hydrogen peroxide in the health-care setting. Published reports ascribe good germicidal activity to hydrogen peroxide and attest to its bactericidal, virucidal, sporicidal, and fungicidal properties 653-655

Mode of Action

Hydrogen peroxide works by producing destructive hydroxyl free radicals that can attack membrane lipids, DNA, and other essential cell components. Catalase, produced by aerobic organisms and facultative anaerobes that possess cytochrome systems, can protect cells from metabolically produced hydrogen peroxide by degrading hydrogen peroxide to water and oxygen. This defense is overwhelmed by the concentrations used for disinfection 653, 654.

Microbicidal Activity.
Hydrogen peroxide is active against a wide range of microorganisms, including bacteria, yeasts, fungi, viruses, and spores 78, 654. A 0.5% accelerated hydrogen peroxide demonstrated bactericidal and virucidal activity in 1 minute and mycobactericidal and fungicidal activity in 5 minutes 656.

Concentrations of hydrogen peroxide from 6% to 25% show promise as chemical sterilants. In one study, 6% hydrogen peroxide (unused product was 7.5%) was more effective in the high-level disinfection of flexible endoscopes than was the 2% glutaraldehyde solution 456.
Uses.
Commercially available 3% hydrogen peroxide is a stable and effective disinfectant when used on inanimate surfaces. It has been used in concentrations from 3% to 6% for disinfecting soft contact lenses (e.g., 3% for 2–3 hrs) 653, 671, 672, tonometer biprisms 513, ventilators 673, fabrics 397, and endoscopes 456. Hydrogen peroxide was effective in spot-disinfecting fabrics in patients’ rooms 397. Corneal damage from a hydrogen peroxide-soaked tonometer tip that was not properly rinsed has been reported 674.

Alcohol - https://www.cdc.gov/infectioncontrol/guidelines/disinfection/disinfection-methods/chemical.html

OverviewIn the healthcare setting, “alcohol” refers to two water-soluble chemical compounds—ethyl alcohol and isopropyl alcohol—that have generally underrated germicidal characteristics 482. FDA has not cleared any liquid chemical sterilant or high-level disinfectant with alcohol as the main active ingredient.
Uses
Alcohols are not recommended for sterilizing medical and surgical materials principally because they lack sporicidal action and they cannot penetrate protein-rich materials.….. The documented shortcomings of alcohols on equipment are that they damage the shellac mountings of lensed instruments, tend to swell and harden rubber and certain plastic tubing after prolonged and repeated use, bleach rubber and plastic tiles 482 and damage tonometer tips (by deterioration of the glue) after the equivalent of 1 working year of routine use 512.

Colloidal Silver - this is not from the CDC but is independent alternative information.

According to medical journals from around the world, colloidal silver disables the particular enzyme that viruses and bacteria use for their oxygen metabolism. The presence of colloidal silver near a virus or any other single-celled pathogen disables its oxygen metabolism enzyme. In six minutes or less, the virus suffocates and dies and is cleared out of the body. Colloidal silver is safe for humans, reptiles, plants and all multi-celled living matter. Unlike antibiotics, resistant strains have never been known to develop. No known disease-causing organism can live in the presence of even a minute trace of colloidal silver. It is effective against more than 650 different disease-causing pathogens.

How colloidal silver can prevent and eliminate corona:
-
Add colloidal silver to a nebulizer and breath into your lungs.
-
Spray colloidal silver on your clothes and hands before and after going out.
-
Spray regularly on things that are often touched, such as furniture and tableware, etc.
-
Decontaminate doorknobs and other surfaces.
-
Sterilize your car door handles and steering wheel.
-
Spray on your shopping cart when buying groceries.
-
Pour a little into the sewer.
The Functions of Colloidal Silver:The main role of colloidal silver is to kill bacteria and viruses. Bacterial experiments have proven that it is very effective against both gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria. Bacteria cannot develop resistance to colloidal silver. It can be widely used in all aspects of life. Here are some suggestions for use to help you to prevent and eliminate COVID-19:
- Add to your pet’s drinking water to de-worm naturally.
- Add to milk, raw or otherwise.
-Spray/soak meats and fresh foods to prevent E-coli and salmonella infections.
-Spray on everything in the kitchen/bathroom area.
-Soak your toothbrush.
-Apply drops to eyes and ears.
-Put it on cuts, burns, cold sores and other icky skin stuff.
-Replace chlorine in your pool or hot tub.
